Why We Built This Platform
Wayne Moody didn't have a roadmap when he started Moody CDC. He learned through experience, through partnerships, through trial and error — and he wants to change that for the next generation of community developers.
The Moody CDC Development Academy will provide the education, tools, and resources that community developers need to transform their neighborhoods — whether in Memphis or across the country.
From understanding how to acquire vacant properties to structuring financing packages to building government partnerships, we're creating the curriculum we wish had existed.
