This project began with a formal groundbreaking ceremony alongside community leaders and has progressed through foundation, framing, and exterior sheathing phases.

Groundbreaking
Winter 2024Official groundbreaking ceremony with community leaders and officials. Wayne Moody addressed the crowd on the importance of affordable housing in Memphis.
Site Prep & Foundation
Early 2024CAT excavation, foundation forms set, and concrete slab poured by a full crew. 15 days from grading to framing.
Framing
Spring 2024Framing Day — full structural framing and roof trusses erected. Wayne Moody: "Framing Day! Call Us For All Of Your Contractor Needs."
Sheathing & Wrap
Spring 2024OSB exterior sheathing and house wrap applied. Windows ordered and delivered to site.
Interior Rough-In
Summer 2024In ProgressPlumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-in underway. Doors and fixtures staged on site.
Finishing
TBDInsulation, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and exterior finish work.
Completion
TBDFinal inspections, landscaping, and handoff to new homeowners.
