About This Project
A Moody CDC affordable housing project showing ongoing construction progress and neighborhood reinvestment in Memphis. This build progressed rapidly from framing through exterior wrap, window installation, and interior rough-in, with the exterior near-complete in yellow/tan craftsman and gray board-and-batten finishes.

Framing
Spring 2024Full structural framing completed. Charles E. Lott as builder. Rapid pace — walls and roof framing completed quickly.
Sheathing & Wrap
Spring 2024House wrap (Tyvek) applied. Wayne Moody: "Windows were installed today! We Are Movin..."
Windows & Exterior
Spring/Summer 2024Windows installed, exterior siding applied in yellow/tan and gray board-and-batten. Porch framing complete.
Interior Rough-In
Summer 2024Interior framing with plumbing rough-in, electrical boxes staged, and bathroom tub set.
Finishing
Summer/Fall 2024In ProgressInterior finishing — insulation, drywall, flooring, and fixtures.
Completion
TBDFinal inspections, landscaping, and handoff to new homeowners.
